This ultralight waterproof jacket comes from the masters of fast-and-light outdoor gear. The Montane SuperFly is designed for fast moving outdoor activities such as trekking, running and mountain biking. It is an extremely breathable jacket able to cope with any climate and the most demanding user. The attention to detail is excellent with small unique features which are of huge benefit when on the hills.

The shell uses the latest eVENT® Lightweight membrane, which is extremely breathable (more breathable than a cotton T-Shirt) and totally waterproof. The overall design is centred around the need for a fully functioning jacket that withstand Cairngorm blizzards without the weight and bulk traditionally associated with winter equipment. An integral, roll-away hood is fully adjustable and includes a reinforced wire-peak.

It's now also available with shoulder reinforcements, please make sure you request these when ordering if desired.

At 475grams for a size medium this is one of the lightest fully featured winter jackets on the market today and it has a suitable small pack-size to match.

Three large pockets are situated high up to allow unhindered access when using a rucksack hip-belt, and the adjustable drawcord hem features an active cut with a drop tail for added protection against the elements.
