Delivery:

All our deliverys are now via courier and require a signature. If you aren't going to be in let us know and we can send to a work or alternative address. If you've any issues just let us know.

Delivery to the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 including vat per order. Delivery to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £23 per order.

For delivery to North America and Canada please email for a quote before ordering.

We do not ship to Eastern Europe or the Far East due to high rates of credit card fraud.

Returns:

We operate a 14 day no quibble exchange or refund policy for all items returned to us in fully saleable condition. If something doesn't fit or just doesn't suit you can return it for an exchange or refund (minus postage costs) but you've got to return it within 14 days and it's in the original packaging, will all tags attached and unworn.

Please do not fold daysacks into small bags to return them or try footwear on outside or else we will not be able to take them back.
